We run six Crumbl locations across Kentucky and Ohio. The software we built to close our own books now runs other owners' too — daily bookkeeping, labor, inventory, and cash-flow forecasting, without a full-time back office.

What the platform does

Daily bookkeeping

Point-of-sale revenue, delivery-marketplace payouts, and vendor invoices post to QuickBooks Online every night. No manual entry.

Labor and payroll

Time punches flow in from scheduling, hours reconcile against the payroll run, and labor percentage is measured against forecast, not guessed.

Cash flow

Rent, payroll, sales tax, loan payments, and vendor drafts are projected forward against real bank activity so owners see cash before it moves.

Demand forecasting

Per-cookie demand by store and day, driving production planning and purchasing so stores neither sell out nor over-bake.

How bank connections work

You connect your own account. Bank connections are made through Plaid. You sign in on your bank's own site — we never see or store your banking username or password.
Read-only. We read posted transactions and balances. The platform cannot move money, initiate a payment, or make a transfer.
Used only for your books. Bank activity is matched against the payments your own books already expect — vendor drafts, card-processor deposits, marketplace payouts, rent, payroll, sales tax — so you can see what actually cleared. It is not sold, shared, or used for anything else.
You can revoke it. Disconnect from your settings page at any time. That revokes our access at Plaid, not just in our system.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Crumbl Cookies, LLC. Every customer runs on their own isolated instance — one owner's data is never combined with another's.
